This week we continue to strengthen ourselves with body weight exercises, planks and stretched.
In meditation we will increase from 5 to 10 minutes of guided practice.

Back and spine stretches
Meditation:
10 minute guided meditation
An easy 10 minute meditation to start your second week

Breakfast:
Granola bar with plant based milk (like pea or pumpkin seed)

30 second plank
Meditation:
10 minutes guided meditation for stress release

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Apple, spinach, celery, mango, chia, flax and agave.
